Types of Bags And Suitcases Interlining

Woven Fusible Interfacing

This type of interfacing has adhesive on one side that is activated by heat. It is the most popular interlining for bags because it is easy to use and creates a firm, smooth finish. The woven structure adds strength without making the fabric too stiff. It works well for bags made from light to medium-weight fabrics.

Non-Woven Fusible Interfacing

This type of interfacing is made from bonded fibers rather than woven threads. It is thicker than woven interfacing, so it adds more body and stiffness to the bag. It is suitable for heavy fabrics or when extra firmness is needed. Like woven interfacing, it has adhesive that bonds to the fabric when heated.

Woven Sew-In Interfacing

Unlike fusible interfacing, this type has no adhesive. It is stitched to the outer fabric rather than bonded by heat. The woven structure provides strength and support without stiffness. It is ideal for delicate fabrics that may be damaged by heat. It also allows for more flexibility in shaping the bag.

Non-Woven Sew-In Interfacing

This type is similar to the non-woven fusible interfacing but without adhesive. It adds body and stiffness to the bag without being too rigid. It is suitable for medium to heavy-weight fabrics. Since it has no heat-activated adhesive, it requires stitching to secure it to the outer fabric.

Foam Interfacing

2. The inner lining fabric has a comfortable feel and is made of polyester filament, which has strong wear resistance, is very sturdy and durable, extends its service life, and the material has toughness, is not easily pulled or damaged, and has a low shrinkage rate.

3. Inner lining fabric is suitable for jackets, down jackets, umbrellas, car covers, sportswear, handbags, luggage, sleeping bags, tents, artificial flowers, shower curtains, tablecloths, chair covers, and various clothing linings.

4. High density lining fabric, soft, skin friendly, breathable, sweat wicking, and static free, with a fabric width of 150cm/59in.

5. Machine wash in cold water or hand wash. You can also use mild soap to clean in warm water. Then hang it dry or place it in a dryer for drying, with appropriate brushing force to avoid damage to the product. Avoid exposure to the sun and the possibility of fading.

A: The MOQ for plain dyed fabric is 1500M per colour,3000M per shipment.

Q: What the MOQ for sample order?

A: If we have stock greige fabric,the MOQ for sample order is 100/M colour surcharge.We should discuss this case if we don't have stock greige fabric.

Q: Can you accept order quantity less MOQ?

A: Yes we can,but should be surcharged for small dye lot.

Q: What the payment term of your conpany?

A: T/T, D/P or L/C at sight, but the new cuntomer is T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipping, We can discuss better payment term after several orders in good coorperation.
