What is the microdot fusible interlining?
Microdot fusible interlining, as the name implies, refers to a fusible interlining that uses a special weaving process or coating technology to form a double-point texture evenly distributed on the surface of the fabric. This interlining usually has two layers of hot melt adhesive with overlapping particles of different properties. The lower layer is bonded to the base fabric, and the upper layer is bonded to the outer fabric to obtain an ideal bonding effect.
The Strength of the Microdot fusible interlining?
Strong peeling strength and less reverse osmosis: Microdot fusible interlining has an anti-reverse osmosis protective layer on the lining surface during bonding, so there is less reverse osmosis during bonding, even ultra-thin linings are not prone to reverse osmosis.
Easy bonding: Since the upper layer of glue uses glue powder with low melting point and high melting index, it is very easy for garment factories to bond, and even ordinary electric irons can be used for good bonding.
Good washability: The bonding strength of Microdot fusible interlining is more than twice that of ordinary starch points, which greatly improves the washability of finished garments.
Maximum protection of fabrics: The bonding temperature of Microdot fusible interlining is low, generally below 120°C, so that the fabrics are effectively protected and not damaged during the bonding process.
